Annual Reports
Each year, we release our comprehensive year-end annual report by late summer. The fiscal year ends on December 31.
SERS utilizes the services of a variety of professionals to assist the pension plan in meeting its goals. The financial statements are audited on an annual basis by Moss Adams, LLP. The Actuarial Valuation is prepared annually and certifed by SageView Advisory Group, LLC. Investments are held in trust at U.S. Bank and SERS independent investment consultant is the Hyas Group, LLC. Legal consulting services are provided by K&L Gates, LLP and Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. A number of different money managers and mutual funds are utilized in managing the investment assets, and further information can be found in the annual reports below.
The comprehensive annual report contains five primary sections: Introductory, Financial, Actuarial, Statistical, and Investment Sections.
